Last week was a busy week, so I was unable to post the latest WonderTune compilation for our trip to Guadalajara, Mexico. It was to say the least, very sudden, but in a good way. For those that have not heard of Guadalajara, maybe you will once I tell you about the foods that are either native or some permutation of a traditional dish in Guadalajara’s state of Jalisco. Do you love chilaquiles? Pozole? Birria? Tacos de barbacoa? All I have to say is, we ate very, very well and learned a wealth about Mexican culture. And the more we travel to Mexico, the more we want to see the rest of it. Enjoy.
